Warranty and Return

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement for products purchased in the dorfi.pl store, without giving a reason within 31 days of their delivery according to the general principles resulting from the provisions of the Act of 30.05.2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 No. 827). The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to products with engraving, personalized at the Customer's request (e.g. wallet, belt, bracelet) or other products made according to individual specifications (treated as a service - engraving the box, adding a note with a dedication, gift wrapping) and products delivered in a sealed package (natural leather care products), if the package was opened after delivery (Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights). Free InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 return is also unavailable in the case of returning suitcases (due to their large dimensions).

The buyer should handle and check the goods with due care. If the returned goods have clear signs of use, or defects and damage indicating their use by the buyer in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning, then we have the right to compensation for the reduction in the value of the returned goods (Article 34, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act). The reduction in the value of the item may consist, for example, in the need to cover the costs of cleaning and repair. The only exceptions are defects that may constitute the basis for a complaint.

The returned, shipped goods should be properly secured - packed in a box or envelope and taped. Items should be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the product.

If you wish to return an international order, please contact our Customer Service Office.

Free returns do not apply to personalized products, such as engraved products and others made to your specifications. In this situation, you are not entitled to withdraw from the distance contract (return the goods). For details, go to Article 38, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.
